Sundays have become the go-to errand day however they are supposed to be easy! I’ve started this series to inspire the last minute prep person like myself, to use Sunday evenings and afternoons as a way to prepare their meals for the week, which may help possibly maintain the healthy lifestyle vibes, fingers crossed!

For today, I started with a super easy smoothie that can be eaten as breakfast or lunch!

You’ll Need:

  • 2 Branches of Kale
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Big Spoonful of Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup of water
  • A dash of cinnamon

Recipe

Cut all the ingredients into small chunks, make sure you take the kale stocks off of the leaves and un-peel the bananas. Add all cut ingredients into a blender. Blend well until liquid. Chill overnight or serve with ice!
